Kiran graduated from his Mother's Day Out Pre-K program on May 18th!
The whole cap and gown thing for preschool cracks me up, but the kids really are pretty cute in these grownup outfits!
We had to work on Kiran's cap. It was gigantic for him, but a couple of his friends couldn't keep them on because their caps were too small!
The kids did a wonderful program! They shared memorized scriptures, sang songs, said the Pledge, and prepared a statement about their favorite things and what they wanted to be when they grow up.
Kiran's favorite food: fruit (he definitely got that one right!)
Kiran's favorite thing to do: play Star Wars and climb trees (yep, perfect again!)
What he wants to be when he grows up: A Scientist, Ladies and Gentlemen! (Well, who knew, but sounds great to me!)
It was very exciting because Papa, Aunt Nat, Addie and Doak got to come to graduation! They pulled in just a couple of hours before the big event. We are so glad and thankful that they were able to share this time with us. Kiran was thrilled that they could be there and talked about it the whole week before!
Kiran learned so much at school this year. He looked forward to going every Tuesday and Thursday. We are very thankful for the program and his wonderful teachers and friends! We will miss them!
And, here is our family of five during the post-graduation party - all smiles and so proud of our sweet boy and brother!

Cousin Craze
Last week, Kiran and Ellery were in heaven with their cousins from TX here for a visit! We are so blessed that they got to come back soon after a trip in November. We were very happy to have Addie, Doak, Natalie and Papa in TN with us for several days. We had so much fun with them here. It is always wonderful to see the kids playing together. They just pick right up where they left off. Of course, they still grow and change a lot (especially the little ones) between visits, and it is neat to see what they are each "into" and how their play changes each visit.
It was an extra special visit, too, because Olivia got to meet more of her family for the first time!
Getting to know Papa!
I love this sweet photo!
Hi, Aunt Natalie!
Big girl Addie holding Olivia! (practicing to be a big sister again, by the way!!!)
Cookie got matching shirts for everyone - aren't they just too cute?!!!
We love you, Papa!
The Silly Shot!
Perfect!
Our Growing Girl!
Doak takes a turn with Livvy (yes, this nickname seems to fit our sweet girl right now!)
And practicing his BIG BROTHER pose!
My sweet sister-in-law!
The two big cousins can't get enough tree climbing in!
Brother-Sister Time!
Okay, you crazy boys! Enough karate in the restaurant!
I can still hear sweet Doak's adorable laugh (and deep little voice)! Kiran loved making Doak
laugh. I know why! His giggles are irresistible!
Pizza night! YUMMY!
Fun at the Zoo!
What awesome memories! Jeff and I loved having Nat and Papa here, too! It is always great for the grownups to have some time to hang out in the evenings. We missed Cookie and Keri, but we can't wait to see them soon, along with everyone else! And, we can't wait to meet Cousin #6 in December! We love our sweet families! Thanks again for coming you guys! We love you all so much!

Is this boy ready for . . .
KINDERGARTEN?
You bet he is!!!
Today was kindergarten registration. It went really well. Kiran met one of the two possible teachers he will have next year, went on a tour of the school including the kindergarten classrooms, played with friends, and got to buy books at the book fair. After all that, Kiran decided he is ready for Kindergarten!
